Inbound Sales Closer — School Enrollment Program

  • Full-Time
  • Remote

Job Description:

Inbound Sales Closer — School Enrollment Program

Company Overview

It's a performance marketing agency based in Miami, Florida. They are launching a new program built entirely for schools: daycares, early learning centers, and private K–8 schools. The program runs Facebook and Instagram ads that make local parents aware of a school and get them to book tours, so schools fill their open spots.

Their clients are school owners and directors, mostly women from their late 30s to their 60s, who have run their schools for years. Many have watched enrollment drop as new schools opened nearby. They are busy, careful with money, and have heard marketing promises before.

Mission

Help independent schools enroll more children by connecting them with local parents, and be the trusted first voice a school owner hears when she decides to grow. The person in this role talks to school owners like a trusted neighbor, not a pushy salesperson.

Responsibilities

  • Call every new inbound lead within minutes of the form coming in. All leads come from Facebook and Instagram ads. No cold calling.
  • Qualify each school: capacity, current enrollment, open spots, and what they've tried before.
  • Run the sales conversation on Zoom (sometimes by phone) and explain the offer in plain, simple words.
  • Handle common objections with calm and curiosity, such as "I tried Facebook ads before and it didn't work" or "Let me think about it."
  • Close school owners on the $999/month program and hand new clients over to the Customer Success team.
  • Follow up with leads who didn't book or didn't show up.
  • Keep accurate notes and pipeline stages in the CRM.
  • Report weekly numbers: leads called, calls booked, shows, and closes.

Requirements

Must Have

  • Proven ability to sell and close. Years matter less than skill: one strong year is fine, and five years still has to be good.
  • Experience closing on phone or Zoom. Inbound or appointment-based sales is ideal.
  • Strong objection handling. Stays calm, asks questions, and doesn't need a script to get through pushback.
  • Ability to build trust quickly with small business owners, especially experienced, cautious decision-makers in their 40s to 60s.
  • Warm, clear, and patient communication. Asks questions before pitching.
  • Fluent, clear spoken English (about 95% of conversations are in English).
  • Coachable: takes feedback and applies it the next day.
  • Fully committed to a long-term, full-time role. We are looking for someone who is here to stay and grow, not to test the job out.
  • Reliable internet, backup power, a quiet workspace, and good audio and camera.
  • Available to work U.S. Eastern business hours, Monday to Friday.

Nice to Have

  • Spanish (an occasional lead may prefer Spanish).
  • Experience selling marketing, advertising, or agency services.
  • Experience selling to schools, childcare centers, or education businesses.
  • Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel.

  • GoHighLevel (CRM and pipeline)

Success Metrics

  • Show rate on booked calls
  • Close rate and number of new schools signed each month
  • Consistent follow-up on no-shows and undecided leads
  • Clean, up-to-date CRM records and on-time weekly reporting

Position Description

  • Working hours: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM Lebanon time (9 AM – 5 PM U.S. Eastern). The shift may move to 5:00 PM – 1:00 AM Lebanon time (10 AM – 6 PM Eastern) depending on when school owners are most reachable.
