We're looking for a highly driven Internal Recruiter to join our recruitment team and take ownership of sourcing and headhunting top-tier talent for our clients.

The Role

As an Internal Recruiter, your primary responsibility will be sourcing and headhunting candidates for a wide range of roles across different industries.

You'll be responsible for proactively identifying qualified talent, reaching out to passive candidates, building strong pipelines, and consistently delivering high-quality candidates to our recruitment team.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and headhunt candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, internal databases, referrals, and other sourcing channels
• Proactively identify and engage with passive candidates
• Review CVs, Loom videos and profiles to assess candidates against specific role requirements
• Conduct targeted searches using Boolean search and other sourcing techniques
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for multiple roles simultaneously
• Reach out to candidates through LinkedIn, email, and other communication channels
• Screen candidates for relevant experience, skills, salary expectations, availability, and overall fit
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in our recruitment systems
• Collaborate closely with Lead Recruiters and the Head of Recruitment to understand hiring requirements
• Continuously improve sourcing strategies based on client and recruiter feedback
• Meet weekly sourcing and candidate submission targets
• Stay up to date with recruitment trends, sourcing techniques, and talent markets

Qualifications & Experience

• 1+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, sourcing, or headhunting
• Proven experience with candidate sourcing and headhunting
• Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms
• Experience conducting Boolean searches and identifying hard-to-find talent
• Strong ability to evaluate CVs and LinkedIn profiles
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple 7+ open roles and priorities at the same time
• Comfortable working with recruitment KPIs and performance targets
• Proactive, persistent, and highly motivated
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes from sourcing through candidate submission

Position Description

• Working Hours: 8 hours, from 10:00 AM till 6:00 PM Beirut Time
• ​Working Days: Monday to Friday
• ​Days Off: Saturday & Sunday
• ​Work Location: Fully-remote, you can work from anywhere
• ​Rules for PTO (Paid Time Off): You may request time off with advanced notice
• Salary Range: $1,500 + 65$ Commission per initial hire / 20$ Commission per referral hire
