Job Description:

Appointment Setter
Remote - Salary: $1500 - Schedule: 4PM-12AM Beirut Time

Company Overview

It is a Charlotte-based private equity firm focused on acquiring and building durable, cash-flowing businesses and real assets. The company invests across multiple platforms, including car care operations (car wash funds), flex industrial real estate, healthcare innovation, and a liquidity fund. It partners with accredited investors, family offices, and their advisors, combining disciplined underwriting with a builder’s mindset and a culture that values high integrity, ownership, and continuous improvement.

You’ll find a fast-moving, collaborative team that embraces high standards, clear goals, and accountability. The environment is professional yet human—where thoughtful questions, data-driven decisions, and respectful investor interactions matter as much as results. It’s a place to learn the private markets from the inside and grow into meaningful responsibility.

Mission

As an Appointment Setter, you are the front door to investor relationships. You’ll open conversations with accredited investors and referral partners, qualify interest and fit, and book high-quality introductory meetings for the capital raising team. This is a phone-first, high-activity role where your composure, curiosity, and follow-through directly shape the investor experience and the team’s pipeline.

We’re looking for someone who brings a confident, professional phone presence, thrives on 80–120 calls a day, and keeps the CRM spotless. In return, you’ll have a clear, structured path to grow into a capital raiser seat—with coaching, licensing support, and measurable milestones that reward performance, not tenure. If you enjoy high-volume calling, crisp organization, and respectful, compliant conversations with sophisticated investors—you’ll feel right at home.

Key Responsibilities

Your daily tasks will vary, giving you room to learn, grow, and strengthen your skills while supporting the team with excellence.

  • Make 80–120 outbound calls per day to investor leads, past investors, webinar/event registrants, and referral partners (CPAs, RIAs, attorneys)
  • Follow up on inbound investor inquiries within the same business day
  • Qualify prospects on accreditation status, investment interests, timing, and fit with the firm’s platforms
  • Book, confirm, and work to reduce no-shows for introductory meetings with the capital raising team
  • Run multi-touch outreach sequences across phone, email, text, and LinkedIn
  • Log every touchpoint, outcome, and next step in the CRM the same day; keep the pipeline clean and current
  • Provide a concise handoff brief for each booked meeting (who the investor is, what they care about, how they found us)
  • Re-engage dormant and past investors ahead of new fund offerings
  • Support investor events, webinars, and roadshows with registration outreach and timely follow-up
  • Report weekly on activity, conversion, and pipeline metrics against targets
  • Stay within compliance boundaries: do not discuss specific returns/projections, give advice, distribute offering documents, or negotiate; route advanced questions to licensed team members

Qualifications

  • Years of Experience: 1+ years in a phone-heavy role (appointment setting, inside sales, SDR, recruiting, or similar)
  • CRM Tool: Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar
  • Softwares: CRM platform, phone/VoIP dialer, email, text, and LinkedIn for outreach
  • Industry Knowledge Required: Financial services and alternative investments context; familiarity with accredited investors and private equity/real estate concepts preferred
  • Specific Gender: No preference

Skills & Competencies

  • Clear, confident, and professional phone presence with excellent listening skills
  • High activity stamina and resilience; comfort with frequent rejection while staying warm and curious
  • Strong organization, pipeline ownership, and same-day CRM hygiene
  • Sound judgment around compliance boundaries and clean handoffs to licensed teammates
  • Thoughtful qualification through good questions, not scripts alone
  • Coachable with backbone—able to take feedback quickly and offer data-driven pushback when needed
  • Time management, follow-through, and commitment to meeting and exceeding targets
  • Composure when speaking with high-net-worth investors and advisors

Technical Requirements

  • Own PC or laptop
  • Reliable internet connection (wired connection recommended)
  • Noise-cancelling headset and a quiet, professional workspace
  • Access to and proficiency with a CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot or similar)
  • Ability to use phone/VoIP dialer, email, text, and LinkedIn for multi-touch outreach
  • Availability to work US business hours as listed

Position Description

  • Working Hours: 8 hours, from 4 PM till 12 AM Beirut Time
  • Working Days: 5 days a week
  • Days Off: Saturday and Sunday
  • Work Location: Fully-remote, you can work from anywhere
  • PTO (Paid Time Off): You may request time off anytime with advanced notice
  • Salary Range: $1500/month
