Sales Closer
Job Description:
Company Overview
The company builds an all‑in‑one software platform for automotive dealerships, bringing websites, inventory merchandising and syndication, CRM, digital advertising tools, and analytics together in one place. Dealerships use the platform to attract more shoppers, convert leads into appointments, and sell more cars with less effort.
The team is product‑driven, customer‑obsessed, and collaborative. You'll join a fast‑moving, remote culture where ideas are tested quickly, feedback is welcomed, and everyone owns outcomes. If you enjoy solving real dealer problems with practical technology and clear communication, this is a place to grow.
Mission
We're hiring a Sales Closer who loves live demos, consultative discovery, and closing with confidence. In this role, you'll run Zoom demos for appointments booked by our setters, tailor each presentation to the dealer's goals, write crisp proposals on the spot, and follow through until the deal is won. After each sale, you'll lead onboarding—collecting vendor details, coordinating with support, and ensuring setup is completed—then hand off smoothly so you can move on to the next opportunity.
Your day-to-day will include discovery, demos, proposal writing, follow-up, and—when the calendar is light—self-sourced pipeline through cold calling. You'll also partner with the appointment-setting team to improve scripts, show rates, and qualification. If you enjoy consultative selling, detailed organization, and working with dealers—and you're energized by a fast-paced, remote environment—you'll feel right at home.
Key Responsibilities
Your daily tasks will vary, giving you room to learn, grow, and strengthen your skills while supporting the team with excellence.
- Run engaging, well‑paced live product demos over Zoom for appointments set by our appointment-setting centers.
- Ask sharp discovery questions to uncover each dealer's needs and tailor demos to the right platform modules.
- Confidently handle objections, negotiate terms, create urgency, and ask for the sale.
- Write clear, persuasive proposals immediately after each qualified demo.
- Follow up consistently on every open lead and proposal until it's closed or definitively lost.
- Master all modules of the platform and present only what fits each prospect's goals.
- Schedule and lead onboarding after each sale; collect complete dealership and vendor information (inventory feed, CRM, advertising providers, and other vendors).
- Complete the onboarding questionnaire and submit all required documents to the support team.
- Coordinate a smooth handoff to support/technical teams and follow up to ensure platform setup is finished.
- Keep momentum by moving straight to the next demo or follow-up; when none are scheduled, cold call dealerships to book your own demos.
- Review processes daily with appointment setters; identify gaps, refine scripts, and work toward higher-quality appointments and stronger show rates.
- Log every call, demo, proposal, and outcome in the CRM; keep your pipeline clean and current.
- Analyze show rates, lead quality, and scripting; recommend practical, data-driven improvements.
- Take on related responsibilities as the company grows (e.g., account check-ins, sales materials, process improvements).
